If your client asks to include a gift to the Foundation in their Will, the following wording applies:
I give, free of all duties and taxes, the residue of my estate/ % of my estate/ amount of $ to PA Research Foundation, ABN 66 114 027 649, Princess Alexandra Hospital, 199 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba QLD 4102. The receipt of the CEO of the PA Research Foundation is an absolute discharge to my executor.
